  • Safety Rules for Paper Tube Machine Workers +

    1. Wear personal protective equipment correctly. Wear what you should wear, and don't wear what you shouldn't wear. For example, when machining paper tubes, female workers are required to wear protective caps, and if they do not wear them, their hair may be twisted in. At the same time, it is required not to wear gloves. If they are worn, the rotating part of the paper tube machine may twist the gloves in and hurt the hand.

    2. The paper tube machinery and equipment must also be checked for safety during operation. Especially for fastened objects, check if they have loosened due to vibration, so that they can be re-tightened.

    3. Before operation, the paper tube machinery and equipment should be checked for safety, and the machine should be run empty. After confirming that it is normal, it can be put into operation.

    4. The equipment is strictly prohibited from running with faults, and must not be used improvised to prevent accidents.

    5. When the paper tube machinery is running, it is strictly forbidden to adjust it by hand; it is also forbidden to measure parts by hand, or to lubricate, clean up debris, etc. If necessary, the machinery should be shut down first.
